By downloading, installing, or using Desert Camel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Desert Camel is a Super dApp ecosystem built on the DesertCamel Chain blockchain. It offers Web3 games, encrypted chat, video calls, social feed, livestreaming, DApp browser, and a non-custodial multi‑chain wallet.
3. Non-Custodial Wallet
Desert Camel uses a non-custodial wallet. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, or funds.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and recovery phrase.
- You must ensure your device is secure and free from malware.
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency use.
5. Blockchain Risks
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Token prices, network availability, and transaction fees are outside our control. You accept all risks associated with blockchain technology.
The app is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any warranties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Camel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and code within the app are the property of Desert Camel. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
